The Project Process
Every good paint job starts with the planning and the pre-construction process. We begin all our projects by meeting onsite with the owner, general contractor, or facility manager, and go over the expectations, and logistics of the project. We generate color draw-downs/ samples for approval, and make sure we are using the correct products for the project. We then devise a plan get the project completed on schedule and on budget while maintaining the high quality Precision is known for.
Once we begin the project, we start our exterior commercial painting projects by taking the time to protect your equipment, inventory, walkways, windows, vehicles and facility. All surfaces will be power washed and prepared to industry standards, before we apply the specified coating. Preparations include hand and power tool cleaning, patching, priming and masking. After we prepare the surface to industry standards we finish it with a high-quality, durable paint selected for your project.
Once the project is completed, we do a walk through with our crew to determine any areas that need attention. Once we deem the project to be acceptable, we ask the client to walk through. At that point we would fix any areas noted, and make sure you are satisfied with your project.
