Project Overview
Precision Wallcovering & Painting played a key role in the completion of Modera West, a luxury new-construction multifamily apartment community located in the heart of West Los Angeles. The project required the installation of a wide variety of wallcovering materials throughout both resident and public-facing spaces, contributing to the property’s modern, upscale design.
The scope of work included wallcovering installation in the lobby, leasing office, fitness center, media room, elevator lobbies, and unit entryways. To achieve the project’s distinctive aesthetic, Precision Wallcovering & Painting worked closely with renowned design firm H.H. Hendy, supplying and installing more than 20 different wallcovering products across the development.
A diverse selection of specialty materials was incorporated throughout the project, including custom digital graphics, acoustic felt, wood veneer, cork, natural weaves, mylar, and standard and custom vinyl wallcoverings. These materials were carefully selected to create visual interest, enhance acoustics, and reinforce the contemporary character of the property.
