Project Overview
Exterior Repaint- Repair fire rated expansion joints & paint complete exterior. Stucco repair, metal balcony rails, pool fencing & misc. site work.
Interior: Paint & Wallcovering throughout guestrooms, corridors, and common areas.
This project became challenging as we had a switch of general contractor mid-way through. Precision stayed on board and saw the project through till completion in Late 2017
